RMA status, how to contact somebody

We sent a sensor for RMA repair under warranty, which was received by your RMA department on February 12. That is the last update that shows up when I check the link for the RMA. I was trying to find a way to contact somebody, to ask how long does it usually take for this process? it seems a really long time, over a month, just to check a flood sensor; but the thing is that there is no way to post a message or contact anybody through the RMA details page, or from the sales order.

Posting in this forum is the last thing that I can try, please let me know if and where I could ask about this.

Thank you

It can take a couple of weeks depending on availability of components if a repair is done.

We have contacted our repair center and will update once we have a reply

I got more info. The unit could not be repaired and is on back order for shipping in next 2 weeks.

Apparently an update of the engineer in the RMA was not reflected.

So a new unit will be sent to you as soon as it is in stock.
