We experienced today an outage of our cloud platform between 01:15:54 and 6:16:27 UTC
The cloud platform is running on Amazon's AWS infrastructure. We are still checking with Amazon the route cause of the problem. Our cloud platform exists of multiple servers behind load balancers. For a yet unknown reason all those servers failed one after the other.
