No sensor data found for this device

I created an account and added a device a couple of months ago. Although device status continues to say OK, no further data is available. Message of "No sensor data found for this device" is presented. How can I go about troubleshooting this?

  • This means that there is no data for that device.



    Most possible frequent causes:

    1) deviceid / password in sensorgateway is wrong

    2) firewall blocking https sensor status posts to our servers
