reporting powerfail

We are getting alerts of powerfail from even thought the SensorGateway does not report the power to have failed and the power is stable.

We are running SensorGateway v5 with firmware 5.07


  • We apologize for that. Are they still occurring now?
  • The power is still reported as fail even thought the power is OK and reported OK on sensor_status.html of the SensorGateway.

    So yes it's still occurring :-(
  • Is it reported from the Cloud dashboard, via email alert or both?
