Couldnt retrieve value for OID

I am trying to configure the humidity probe which is attached to the sensor gateway however i am getting this "Couldn't retrieve value for OID" error.



Any ideas?

    Latest version has this previous bug fixed.

    I have upgraded the software to 11.0.2 also i have restarted all three sensor gateway's and the humidity probes are still halted with the error description "Couldn't retrieve value for OID". Is there something else i'm missing? i have set up all the temps and pings and they are reporting back fine.



    Any ideas would be great.

    Make a new DCIM check and see if that will work

    Deleted the existing humidity monitors and re-created them as you have suggested. They are checking but not reporting back a value. the status is now DOWN instead of HALTED. Is there something else i need to do?

    Still getting the same error message "Couldn't retrieve value for OID". I have restarted the sensor gateway which i didn't do after i re-created the monitor, but still no joy.

    We're gonna need a debug output for that. Kindly check out our wiki for instructions on debugging the web server.



    Once on debug, test your settings then stop debugging process. Then give us the output.

    The Temperature oid are now working for me, but the Water sensor oid is not working still saying "could'nt retrieve value for OID"

    Allow me to explain how our development queue is processed. Each request (including yours) gets a weight next to it. The weight is computation based on:

    - freeware or paid licenses

    - number of licenses requesting the feature

    - level of urgency as determined by development



    Priorities may shift depending on new requests and their weight.



    It will be done but we can't commit to specific timings.
