Not receiving emails


We have migrated our serverscheck from 1 host to another. On the new host it no longer emails us.

    What do you mean by migrated? Virtual machine was migrated from one host to another or the ServersCheck software was migrated to another server?

    we moved serverscheck from 1 VM to another. BMAIL works fine and even the Configuration wizard is fine and is sending test emails. it is just when a status change happens that a email does not get sent.

    Have you checked the monitors and their alert settings? Have you tried to create a new monitor just for testing and produce a fake error so that alert is raised (like HTTP Status check of non existing web site)?
