Timeout on Testing Settings

I am trying to connect my Serverscheck Gateway base unit to the Serverscheck software.

I followed the steps stated in Manuals, “ServersCheck_Sensor_Gateway” and selected SNMP under the list of “DCIM: Infrastructure checks” after pressing the button, "monitor new item". Everything is fine, the OID and the internal temperature are found as shown in Fig.1: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B__F_4eIluy4aHN4NUZOU1U4SU0/view until the “Timeout” is responded when doing the setting test at “Add New Monitor Wizard - Step 4 of 5” as Fig.2: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B__F_4eIluy4djNpSUxwSVdTTk0/view.
Here is my SNMP setting, Fig.3: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B__F_4eIluy4SnVTeDIzVGNhZms/view.

And then I tried to select TEMPERATURE under the list of “DCIM: Infrastructure checks”. Although the Sensor Probe ID can show the “Int. Temp” and the correct temperature. However, “Timeout” is still responded as shown in Fig.4: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B__F_4eIluy4SjFuSGR0NVBJN1U/view.

I don’t know whats wrong with my setting or procedures but the web configuration is working well, Fig.5:https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B__F_4eIluy4Ykc1NUxlUXN4aUk/view. Please help me.

    Update 1:
Tried on different web browser: IE, chrome and Firefox
Result: problem still the same - Timeout while the software is able to find the OID and the correct value of the Int. Temp. sensor.

    Update 2:
    Performed factory resetting
Result: FW downs to 3.2 from 5.XX
    problem still the same...

    Update 3:
Tried to skip the test setting and save the setting directly.
    Result:
The item is added but the column of the sensor value is empty (only the unit,° is displayed).

Next trial is to update the FW to the newest version (6.0, right?).
However, this doesnt make any sense as the old FW should able to connect the Serverscheck Gateway via the Serverscheck software.

Besides of these, I am already run out of idea.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
