my.infrastructuremonitoring.com does not update

My temperature sensor no longer updates the cloud service at my.infrastructuremonitoring.com. If the device is rebooted it will update, but no further updates are made.

I've create a new cloud account, reset the device, updated firmware to latest version. No change.

SensorGateway v5, purchased 2013, running firmware 5.11.

  • All systems are operating normally. Assuming that all settings are correct, then there might be 2 reasons:
    - firmware issue - downgrade to another firmware
    - network issue - use a different Internet connection

    If you haven't changed the firmware when the issues started to appear then most likely the issue will be the second one rather than a firmware issue.
