does not update

My temperature sensor no longer updates the cloud service at If the device is rebooted it will update, but no further updates are made.

I've create a new cloud account, reset the device, updated firmware to latest version. No change.

SensorGateway v5, purchased 2013, running firmware 5.11.


  • All systems are operating normally. Assuming that all settings are correct, then there might be 2 reasons:
    - firmware issue - downgrade to another firmware
    - network issue - use a different Internet connection

    If you haven't changed the firmware when the issues started to appear then most likely the issue will be the second one rather than a firmware issue.
