ServersCheck configuration Service

Hi,

I found that there is service named as "ServersCheck configuration Service" in Windows ?

what is the function of this service ? what situation should we start the service ?

This allows the webserver (s-server) to be started as a service.

When I press start monitoring button in serverscheck main page(http://localhost:1272), only ServersCheck monitoring service is started.

I would like to ask what is difference between two services ? Thank you for help

ServersCheck configuration Service -> server-service.exe

ServersCheck Monitoring Service ->s-service.exe

There are 2 components: one for monitoring (s-services) and one for managing the application (through localhost:1272).



The managing can either be started manually by double clicking on the icon or by starting it as a service (server-service.exe)



The monitoring service always runs as a service (s-service.exe) and can be either started automatically or manually (by clicking the start button in localhost:1272)
