Reseller OEM License

I have been looking into a server monitoring service. I have many years experience running webservers. Now I run a security auditing service. What I am looking into is starting a monitoring serivce.



If I choose the OEM License; can I resell the monitoring service. I will be setting up atleast 5 servers with Level3 located in the US and other countries.



There is one company that will allow it; but your software has better logging feature.



Let me know if I purchase the OEM License, I will be allowed to charge for this service.
