Sensor reporting high temperature for a few seconds

One of my V5 sensor gateways has twice reported a temperature warning alarm, but only for a few seconds.

I have checked the logs both on the unit and in the cloud portal and they report the warning for 6 seconds then go back to normal.

Pre warning doesn't show any increase and post doesn't show any decrease, just a spike.

have you tried placing another unit on the same location and see if it does the spike too because if yes then the issue lies on the location if no then its the unit , test out another gateway first to Isolate the problem. if in case its the unit try doing a complete reset (factory default and firmware reset)

Please note that the cloud gets updated every 5 minutes only with new data, not every 6 seconds
