Error: Status of PING. Warning Level 741 (returned value) greater than 500

We have just deployed ServersCheck in customer environment for about 1 month. Today customer highlighted receive alert as above 2 times. What is the reason?

    this ping status is this the ones on the serverscheck software or on the mobile sensor gateway?
