Servers check software are not getting information from one ESX

Servers check software are not getting information from one ESX , we tried the below but didn’t work so hope you can help us.
Open same ports on all ESX’s same as other which is working fine.
Creating new servers Check server and connect to the ESX’s but I get same result, I can only connect to ESX4 and BC.
I tried to reboot ESX’s but didn’t work.
Notes:
1- Firewall are stopped on the Servers check server.
2- All ESX’s were working fine before with the Servers check.
3- Latest version of Servers Check are installed.
4- All ESX’s are ping able from Servers check server.
5- I installed the VMWare V-sphere on the Servers check server and it’s working fine.
6- All ESX’s have the same version 5.5 and all was upgraded at the same time from 5.1 to 5.5 from same CD.
