Cloud Issue

We're have problems setting up SMTP, where it not work.

Also for the CLOUD Platform, we don't have an option to select the cloud tab. Also we login to the my.infrastructuremonitoring .com, and we don't have an option for the cloud dashboard.

    When you login to the webinterface of your Gateway, you are not seeing a tab for Cloud?
    What tabs are you seeing?
    Can you give me the firmware version of your Gateway?

    For SMTP you can try with the free SMTP server we offer as part of the Premium Alerts. Please make a different topic per issue as it makes it difficult for other users to know your issue.

    For the cloud it would help if you could illustrate it with a screen capture. You can use to upload your screen capture
