Cloud Platform Login Issues

I signed up for an account but never received a confirmation e-mail. I try to log in with my credentials I created and I just get a blank page. I didn't know what to use for Alerting gateway UID & PIN so I just made one up. Do they need to be something specific to my gateway? Does my device need to be connected to the internet before this will work.
