I'm testing email Alert using mail.serverscheck.email.
I registered to my.serverscheck.com and I received the necessary smtp parameter.
I always have an error
Resolving host: OK
Looking for SMTP server: FAILED
Seems like there is a blocking on your network / firewall based on message
Is there any interface to pull log from gateway?

There is no log that can be pulled. You'd need to check the communication at a switch or mail server level
This happened to me too, but I was able to fix it by simply generating a new UID and PIN over my account. you should try that too and see if it works.
A bug was identified when generating a new UID and PIN. Please try again by simply going to the Email option in your myServersCheck account
