Firmware update appears to have bricked unit...

I have a SensorGateway (HW v5.1) that I attempted an update from v8.1 firmware to v8.4 firmware, and now it appears to be bricked. I am just getting an error on the logon page that says:

404: File not found

Anybody have any suggestions about what to try next?

    Also, is there a way to back up the settings in the SensorGateway?

    I dont think there is a way to back up the gateway, with regards your initial issue I suggest you perform a reset of your gateway. and reload the firmware. you can find instructions on how to reset in the user manual found on their website. http://manuals.serverscheck.com/InfraSensing_Sensors_Platform.pdf
