Firmware Upgrade Bricked Device

Applied the new 8.4 firmware to my V5 Sensor and it now won't allow me to login via the web interface. The IP address also changed from the Static I had set. I have tried resetting it and it still does not allow me to login. I am able to ping it, but that is the extent. Tried SSH into it, but don't have a username and password combo that works.

    You should try to reset your gateway , and then make sure you have the correct firmware. it might also help to isolate the gateway by connecting it directly to your PC https://infrasensing.com/sensors/baseunit.asp then follow the steps on their video starting at 2 mins
