Power sensor installation

Dear Technical Support,

We are looking to purchase power sensors for our datacenter and I have some concerns you may kindly assist me with

Our power supply comes through main breakers and what we are looking to do is to connect the power sensors directly to the power breakers and not to every UPS

the breakers specs are 300V and 250 AMS

Can we do that? and will the sensor handle that fine?

what are the available ways for connecting the sensor to power source?

Thank you in advance for kindly answering my query

The power sensor comes with a power adapter. The power adapter is plugged into an electricity outlet before the UPS.

This needs to be for US a 110V and for non-US 220V classic plug.

    Dear Administrator

    Thank you for your reply

and can this power sensor handle the 250 AMS regardless where it is going to be connected

What do you mean with 250 AMS?

The power adapter needs to be plugged into a source having following specs:

    100-240 V~ / 47-63 Hz / 400mA

The power sensor just captures if the power adapter has power or not. It does not measure power usage
