Logging to ODBC not working

[Deleted User][Deleted User]

Hello

I am running Ent ver 5.1.5. I have setup to log using ODBC to the C:serverscheck.mdb file. However the databases are empty.

Here is the config line from Enterprise.conf file. Am I missing something?

ODBC:Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)}; DBQ=C:serverscheck.mdb<X>true<X><X><X>

Thanks

Tim Kerr

Is there a value column? it looks like you have set the flag to true for logging values

The table structures can be found on following page:

Looks like the CheckVal column was missing. I have added it in and will see what happens. Thanks!

    Hi !

Is there a reason why the database is only logging the last value..
The record is overwritten everytime a new check is done.

Should we not be able to log all checks in the database, so we can generate reports later...?

ServersCheck logs in a Database errors and changes between status. The reporting module logs the data in an internal database that then can be exported through CSV.
