Portal/dashboard for limited users

Hello,
We would like to give our support staff and duty officer a read only ability to the serverscheck dashboard. I have been trying to find a solution for this issue and came across the following link

But there are no HTML files in my output sub directory, Is there any document I can refer to on how to do this ? or can someone give me a quick directions?

After creating user accounts under each team, click on the user and it is possible to set a password and permission level for the user
This is a built-in feature, I just did not know it existed
