installed sensors don't accept default username password

I have wired sensor gateways that I left set up with username [admin] and password [admin] and now I cannot log into them. The sensors are still sending their alarm messages[email] as normal. The sensors were unpowered for about two months but they retained their fixed IP addresses and retained their email alarm notification instructions.

most likely the username / password on the sgw is not "admin" anymore.
try to do a "settings" reset, but unfortunately you would have to reconfigure
the whole thing (as if out of the box)
