Cant forward Email Alert

Hi,

I am having issue on the forward email alert on my Microsoft365, any solution for the moment? I am using Sensor Gateway V5 with hardware version 5.1 and firmware version 7.31

Below is my credential,

SMTP Port : 587
SMTP Use SSL : checked
SMTP Authentication : checked
SMTP Username : nore123@nore123.com
SMTP Password : •••••••••

From address : nore123@nore123.com
To : nore123@nore123.com
Cc :
Email Subject :ServersCheck Sens
