After update the version from V12.0 to the new V14.2.3 the Alerts of SMS only sends the message TEST SMS () changed to TEST on Sun Jan 14 01:38:52 2018. Test SMS - when an alerts has ocurred.

    Run the software in debug mode then trigger an alert via web server. Reply with the contents of the generated debug files.

    You will need to run the webserver and alerting modules in debug mode.

    A/ Alerting Module in debug mode:
    1. Stop the ServersCheck Monitoring service via the services.msc
    2. Open the windows command prompt with Administrator privileges
    3. In the command prompt, CD to your ServersCheck directory
    4. Run following command:
    s-alerts.exe > alerts.txt

    B/ Web Server Module in debug mode:
    1. Stop the ServersCheck Webserver service via the services.msc
    2. Open the windows command prompt with Administrator privileges
    3. In the command prompt, CD to your ServersCheck directory
    4. Run following command:
    s-server.exe > web.txt

    When A and B are done then do this:
    1. Do the test while the debug modes are running: in this case trigger a test sending of a SMS alert via the web server
    2. Let it run for a minute and then reply with the content of the alerts.txt and web.txt files that were generated.

    This message i don´t recieved, then when the alert in OK, also dosen´t send any SMS because on the alerts history it dosen´t appears

    The SMS is being sent to Movistar (Telefonica) in Spain but for some reason it could not be delivered to your handset. Kindly inquire with Movistar; we have launched an enquiry with our telco provider.

    But these meesage are the only one that i recieve when an alert is OFF, TEST SMS () changed to TEST on Sun Jan 14 23:48:40 2018. Test SMS -, that means it send the message but no with the correct information

    the telefone numbers that i recieve the message is from 34631752971 o 34631752934

    As stated the log shows that the message was delivered to our servers and the SMS servers beyond that. For some reason it doesn't get delivered to your handset. It has been escalated to our upstream provider for further investigation.

    Once feedback is received we will update this post.

    The issue should have been resolved by Telefonica. If you are still not getting alerts then run in debug mode and check again for following:
    # 001 XXXXXXX SMS via ServersCheck SMS Service sent: OK:10xxxxxxxx => the OK is a signal from our messaging server that the text message was delivered onto the network for delivery to your handset.

    i recieve the message, the problem is that the message is no correct when an alert has gone down. it always sends the same message for down and on, the following message.
