Hi,
We already purchase the sms credit online but how to install in the gateway without any UID and Pin provided. In the account credit is 0.

    you just have to send them an email with your order number or give them a chat straight through their website they should be able to fix it right away

    As I remember there would be an option on your order page to top up the SMS once you purchased it. but I am not sure, maybe you could check it on yours

    You need to go to your order page and click on Add SMS credits to have the credits show up in your myServersCheck account.
