Automated start of monitoring screen

how is it possible to start automatically the monitoring screen of the monitoring device (without any keyboard/mouse) as soon as they get power? If possible, could you please send some instruction about this?

    You could always create a shortcut link of the webpage and then place it in the automatic start up folder of your windows 10 OS.
