Multi-Sensor Update is not responding after Firmware update

We have multi-sensor that not responding after latest Firmware update. Is there a way to roll back the update?

    Please provide information from which firmware you updated to which one.

    Latest firmware releases are available on our website. Customers with a support contract have access to the older versions of the firmware.

    going to help you a bit here , I think they were asking from what firmware did you update? for example = current firmware is 7.5 then updated to 8.5 (latest) ..

    so from 7.5 to 8.5 ,,, so in your case what was it?

    I have an old EXP-5HUB and as well as EXP-4HUB works fine with the latest firmware they've uploaded. FW 8.5

    Our was on Firmware 3.20 to 8.50. Is there anyway to revert it back.

    have you tried reconnecting it?

    Yes, several times. The online and sensor light will come on brief then it they go off. Also nothing is showing on the screen. Initially it was stuck on Rebooting... then it just stop working.

    you might want to try and reset your gateway then and re do the firmware update process or load a firmware that you prefer (if you have them)

    How do you reset the gateway? I can't get into the device now.
