POWER sensor & Flooding sensor

Hi,

after a power outage (10 minutes) in an small IT room which is not yet equiped with an UPS, we have got a "DOWN" on these 2 sensors (Power & Flooding). Normal.

When the power was "ON" since more than 20 minutes, these 2 sensors are in "DOWN" status till a manual intervention.

Manual intervention = RESET = power OFF/ON on the power sensor and RESET = RJ45 OFF/ON on the flooding box sensor.

Is it normal that we have to RESET the sensors after any power outage ?

Thank you for your answer.

Yes and it is normal that the software indicates that there is an issue.

Sorry but To be sure, seems for you to be normal that the flooding sensor must be reseted after a power down ?

It's strange, because we have the same infrastructure in another IT room and there is no problem, when the power is back, without any manual intervention, the power sensor takes a "POWER OK" status !
