we have recently purchased 10 sensors (along with the gateways)..however, one of the gateway is not working..the LED light keeps on blinking and it cannot be detected. We tried resetting it but nothing happened.



Is there anyway that we can fix this? Else, can somebody help how to proceed with RMA request?



We will greatly appreciate your assistance.

    both LED lights (online & sensor) are blinking..we changed cables..but still the same thing happens..we did the reset thru the reset port at the device itself but nothing was changed.. the lights were still blinking continuously..



    is there any way we can request for an RMA? how? thanks!!!

    I suspect you rebooted them and they both came back up with the same MAC causing a conflict.

    make sure that they don't have the same mac address as rmccarley suggests.



    Should they have a different MAC, then you can always request a RMA through support: http://www.serverscheck.com/support/initialsupport.asp



    If it is a manufacturing defect and under warranty, then the unit will be repaired/replaced free of charge
