can not access gateway

i configured the sensor gateway and it is working fine.

but it stops responding after 10 min . no ping , no web access

i do not where to start to find the issue .



anybody faced this issue before ??

what firmware are you running and what hardware version is it?



We have not seen such a behavior except in one case only where multiple SensorGateways have the same mac address. The user manual outlines how the mac address can be changed

Hardware Version : Release 2.0

Firmware Version : Release 1.6



the two led are stable



but the network interface leds stops flashing

Did you check the Mac Address to make sure that none of the other units have the same mac address?



Try doing a reset as per user manual and make sure to modify the MAC address as outlined in the user manual.

i intalled the two other gateway without any problems.

it looks like the GW is malfunction .

i will check my license and support and act according to it.
