V2 Hardware Fw Upgrade 1.3 to 1.6 problem

Based on the pictures, I have a V3 device. Device info page indicates I have V2. I have tried updating to V3/v1.6 firmware (the firmare download file name is FACTORY_HWver2_Fwver_1.6.bin) which indicates that it is for my device. Firmware update appears to work correctly, device seems to reboot, after reboot lights indicate normal operation, yellow and green both flashing, but I cannot access the web interface at 192.168.11.160. I would like to take advantage of the changes in FWv1.6 as the release notes indicate this version addresses issues I have with the device. Please advise.
