Faulty base unit

One of our base unit, that’s still under warranty (SensorGateway with Built-In Temperature Sensor), suddenly started to fail after a few months that it worked perfectly. Can you please let me know as soon as possible what’s the procedure to send it back to you and receive a new sensor free of charge?



I already tried to reset the sensor, change all the patch cables, switch ports and also switch, but the problem still remains, it countinuously goes up and down.

    Upon receiving the unit it will be inspected. If the defect is covered by the warranty, then it will be repaired or replaced by a unit of the same generation as you initially purchased.
