What version of the software have you installed?

Did you install any other software on the appliance?

The version was initially came from the Serverscheck Appliance the we have. I did not get the exact version.

And I did not installed any software into the Appliance, since I understand that this was only intended for the Serverscheck itself.

Maybe an incorrect driver was installed for a USB peripheral or so.

You can reset the appliance using following instructions:

    http://wiki.serverscheck.com/index.php/Appliance_Reset

Thank you for your advise, the link and the instructions are good or even excellent.

But this was a newly purchase. Any advise except from the link?
  • AdministratorAdministrator
We don't know what actions have been taken on the appliance but something must have been configured incorrectly or causing a conflict. As no other software was installed as per your saying, the only thing we can suspect is a conflicting driver of a usb device you connected to it

    I only inserted USB Keyboard.

Okay then, will try to contact Serverscheck Philippine's Technical Team if they can assist us to do the Appliance Reseting since this was a newly purchase and it was only delivered to us less than a month.

    Thank you for your assistance.

There is no technical support team in the Philippines. If you have a support agreement you can contact the helpdesk from your license page.

You can reset it through the instructions we gave you earlier.

You might also want to try booting the appliance without any additional peripherals but the monitor and see if it'll make a difference.
