Email Alerts

I am new to ServersCheck and am testing it out. How do i go about editing the email alerts to send me more than 1 alert if a check goes to a down status. It is only sending me 1 email, I would like for it to keep sending me one until I acknowledge the alert. Which is my other question: How do I go about acknowledg an alert without stopping it?

The email alert intervals can be edited on a specific check's configuration window on the upper right portion.

On the check's configuration screen all I see is "Interval when status is OK/WARNING" | Interval when status is DOWN" | Retries before monitor fails. Is one of those the email alert intervals? Thanks!

You would also need to set the alert when option (where you define how you want to be alerted) to All down cycles
