MIB problem

I try to add Pulsar series UPS in the view, but cannot get right values when launch SNMP walk. Actually it seems that software not regognize Pulsar MIB..?

When I add Powerware series UPS + Powerware MIB everything woks fine.

The software is just making the SNMP calls and getting what the device is passing back. You said with the alternate MIB it works fine?

You can see in the SNMP walk list that your software find objectID from both devices. Look in SNMP walk lists. But SNMP walk of Pulsar series UPS not return any vendor provided information?

This is the first time when we are faced any problem with our MIBs.

Version 10.3.1. This is free version, only for the test.

Actually this request came from end user.



What kind of screen capture/s you want?

We checked with our R&D team.



Without the actual equipment with them, it is nearly impossible to debug and see what is causing this issue
