Is it possible to do a BULK upload of addresses to monitor?

Not as such. However there is a trick (discussed in earlier threads in this forum) which is to create one rule through the interface and then open the serverscheck.conf file with notepad.exe and copy paste the line you created for that one entry. Make sure that the label for each check is unique!
