upgraded firmware to fix issue with sensorgateway V1.1

i have sensor gateway firmware Hardware Version : Release 1.0 and Firmware Version : Release 1.1
and when i upgrade the firmware to latest version to V1.10 will restart the sensor and make it to default and no upgraded.
what can i do ?
