Hallo,

we use the "Humidity & Temperature Monitoring Sensor SS6610J" on a Ethernet-Controller ...

In the Server-Room we have this values:

Temperature: -107 or 43 (??)

Humidity: 80% (??)

Whats wrong? The correct values are 45% and 21,1 Celcius. Has the Sesor an defect oder something?

How is the sensor configured? Did you add a temperature rule in ServersCheck and then a Humidity rule? Have you selected the SS6610J as sensor?

Please copy paste in your response the last 2 lines of your ServersCheck.conf file

An issue has been found in release 5.10 of ServersCheck with respect to the readings from a SS6610C/J sensor in combination of the Serial to Ethernet Device Server (launched in July).

We have corrected the issue and it will be part of release 5.10.8 scheduled for release next week.
