Adding Sensor issue

When I went to add sensors on my v15.0 monitoring software on the appliance it worked for the first two. One at the location I am in, another at another building across town. I went to add in the 3rd and 4th devices which can all be pinged from the appliance and everything is identical between sensors (Firmware and passwords etc) it just times out when adding them. Here is the error log I snagged from the last try.

2019/07/29 13:50:15 [error] 5940#5984: *683 connect() failed (10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it) while connecting to upstream, client: 172.16.4.111, server: , request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://[::1]:1272/", host: "172.16.4.114"
2019/07/29 13:51:47 [error] 5940#5984: *719 connect() failed (10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it) while connecting to upstream, client: 172.16.4.111, server: , request: "POST /scanprobes.html HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://[::1]:1272/scanprobes.html", host: "172.16.4.114", referrer: "http://172.16.4.114/sensor_add2.html"

Any idea why these are refusing the connection? They are identically set up to the others that did work, and I can go to the gui on the appliance or ping from the appliance box.

Thanks

This looks like a network issue with a port being blocked. Firewall?

Alternatively you can add the sensor using the SNMP check type

There aren't any inline firewalls between the two. So not sure what is going on there. I tried adding 3rd party SNMP type and that also failed. Any other ideas? Thanks!

    Update:

Figured it out.. Seems I had to change the SNMP back to public and save, and then change it back to the SNMP string that matches the sensor. Not sure if this is a bug or what but that fixed all of the ones having issues.
