Ping to send data no longer automated

The ServersCheck API returns telemetry readings of 0 when values are expected. When we go to the URL for the ServersCheck web portal it seems to then activate the sending of value. You must go to the URL in a browser to reactivate the readings. Is there a set up where this can be automated to Ping every 15mins?

    The Cloud platform is one we no longer support.

    Not sure if you are referring to that our the web interface of our InfraSensing sensors. The API is also confusing as we do not have an API.
