This email can't be sent

Good morning,

I am trying to setup email alert but it give an error message "This email can't be sent" even all setting is ok because i have tried it in other application and it works but the same setting does not work in servercheck web interface. ¿Do you know what the problem is?

Enable Email Alerts : checked
SMTP Server : smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port : 465
Use SSL : checked
Use SMTP Authentication : checked
SMTP Username : jlsoto@medlumics.com
SMTP Password : ************

From address : jlsoto@medlumics.com
To : it@medlumics.com
Cc :
Email Subject : Test
Email Body : Test

    Hi jlo,

    Unfortunately Google did an update making it no longer compatible with our devices. we have forwarded the issue over our development team for a fast fix regarding the issue.

    You can use aspmx.l.google.com on Port 25 - provided your ISP does not block port 25
  • Any updates here? I've tried the aspmx.l.google.com on port 25, but must be blocked. Is there any other email service we can use in the interim? Scary not having a temp monitor...
