FileAge Problems

RoadiRoadi
Hello,

I have a problem with the FileAge Check, i want to check a file on a file server but it fails and returns the value 0

How come?

I'm running ServersCheck v. 5.7.3

When it returns 0 then this means that ServersCheck is unable to obtain the time stamp from a file. Are all access rights correctly set? (eg Service Admin Rights and others)?

We are preparing release 5.7.4 that solves an issue regarding File Age and the fact that it only works with US based time formats MM/DD/YYYY

The ACL is correct the user is Local Admin on the machine where the file is correct but the Local settings is danish and i can not change it. Do you know when the new release is ready?

It is currently being tested before release. I would expect this to happend Sunday or Monday morning.

Another option is to download the new version of the file_check.exe from here:

    http://www.serverscheck.com/files/filedata_check.zip

What user runs the service under?

I will just wait until the new version is released...

The user running the service is a domain user that is local administrator on the fileserver
