Object variable or With block variable no

Hi,
When monitoring oracle databases I get this message in ServersCheck:
"status of EUROOSLSOR015_102385_JEAB (Oracle) changed to DOWN at Tue Apr 5 13:59:05 2005. Reason: Object variable or With block variable not set "
It reports the database as down but thats not right - it is up... Where can I fix this error?
I have looked everywhere in Oracle and been searching Oracle Matalink, but there is no answer there..
